Shipping policy
Turnaround & Processing Time
We do not mass produce items; each product is handcrafted especially for you. Our goal is to get your orders completed and shipped out as quickly as possible. Standard shipping timeframes depend on whether we have your specific product blank in stock and the current volume of orders in our system.
- Standard Turnaround: We strive to offer the highest quality handmade products within an estimated turnaround time of 3 to 5 business days.
- Holiday Turnaround: Please note that during peak holiday seasons, order volume increases significantly. Processing and fulfillment times may extend to 5 to 7 business days before dispatch.
Shipping & Handling Rates
Shipping and handling rates are calculated at checkout based directly on the total weight of all items in your order. Shipping times vary depending on the nature of the item. While we always aim to ship our products out ahead of schedule, structural transit speeds vary by carrier.
Order Tracking
All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation and a tracking number. Your tracking information will be updated through your order status and emailed to you within 24 hours of package dispatch.
Shipping Addresses
We only ship directly to the address provided on your official order receipt. We cannot guarantee delivery and are not responsible for shipments if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided during checkout. If you realize you made an address error, please contact us immediately at xanaduoriginals@gmail.com.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Xanadu Originals will not be held liable for your package after it has been officially scanned "Accepted" at the Post Office. We cannot issue refunds, replacements, or returns due to postal carrier delays, damages caused during transit by the United States Postal Service (USPS), or lost packages, as package handling is completely out of our control.
Should shipping damages or structural transit issues occur, official USPS claims must be submitted directly by the addressee.
