Turnaround Time

We do not mass produce items; each product is made custom especially for you. It is our goal to get orders completed and shipped out as soon as possible. The shipping time frame depends on if we have your product in stock, and how many orders are ahead of yours. We strive to offer the highest quality handmade products within the estimated turnaround time of 3-5 business days.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping and Handling rates are based on the weight of all items in the order. Shipping times vary depending on the nature of the item. We always aim to ship our items out ahead of schedule but we can’t make any promises.

All items are shipped with delivery confirmation and a tracking number which will be updated through your payment transaction within 24 hours of shipping.  

Xanadu Originals will not be held liable for your package after it has been scanned "Accepted" at the Post Office. We cannot issue refunds/replacements/returns due to postal delays, damages caused by USPS, or lost packages as this is completely out of our hands. USPS claims must be submitted by the addressee if these problems arise.

We only ship to the address stated on your order receipt. We cannot guarantee delivery and are not responsible if an incorrect address is provided, but please contact us at xanaduoriginals@gmail.com if you have any questions or need any help.
